PRINTING AND DESIGN

What color is the paper of the air fresheners?
The paper we use is white. If your design includes white along with other colors, you will not be charged for the white—it is already part of the material.

Can I have more than one color printed?
Yes. We can print up to 4 colors, including full 4-color process (similar to a color photograph).

Are both sides printed?
Yes. The second side is printed FREE on all orders.

Can I have something different printed on each side?
Absolutely. We will show both sides of your design in the proof before production.

Can I request a custom shape?
Yes. We can create virtually any custom shape. You only pay for the cost of the die—there is no additional charge for the die-cutting.

FRAGRANCE & PACKAGING

Can I mix and match fragrances?
Yes. Fragrances can be mixed in batches of 100 air fresheners.

How are the air fresheners packaged?
Each air freshener is individually packaged in a crystal-clear poly bag.

How long do they last unopened?
They will last 2 years or longer if kept in a cool place.

ORDERS & PRODUCTION

How long does it take to complete my order?
Please allow 15–20 business days from the time your artwork is approved.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are typically shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Can I request a rush order?
If you're on a tight deadline (like an upcoming wedding), contact us right away—we'll do everything we can to help.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept personal and business checks, credit cards, and PayPal through our shopping cart. We also accept Venmo.
